First announcement: I International Symposium on Horticulture Economics, Marketing and Consumer Research, August 19-21, 2013 in Portland Oregon (USA).
The goal of the symposium is to bring together researchers and industry from the international community for a two-day symposium to promote the investigation of horticultural marketing and economics, as well as industry profitability and competitiveness.
The program includes invited key-note speakers, poster sessions, interactive discussion sessions, and free time for informal interaction with colleagues. The symposium tours showcase the Western U.S. ornamental plant and wine industries, and is held immediately prior to the Far West Trade Show (with an opportunity to extend your stay and separately register for that event). Several excursions are connected with this conference as well.
