Answer:
- go to the login page at http://www.actahort.org/members/showpdf
- fill out the email address which is linked to your user/membership account
- tick the box that says "I do not have a password, or I forgot my password, please mail the password to me"
- press the "login" button
- Your login details will be sent to your email address
- Make sure your email system is accepting messages originating from ishs.org or actahort.org or pubhort.org
- For security reasons we advise to change passwords often
