Citrus fruits represents the highest value fruit crop worldwide, being the citrus juice the first ranking industry.
Despite this, citrus growers, production managers, citrus businesspeople and citrus scientists are still uncoordinated.
The present work is a summary of the plenary conference presented at the 12th ICC concerning the responsible retailing of citrus fruit industry.
