THE GERMINATION OF ANEMONE 'ST. PIRAN' SEED AND CORMS

S.K. Jones
The germination of seed and corms of anemone 'St. Piran' and its nine component families was studied at 9,12,15 and 18°C. The most rapid germination occurred at 15°C for seed and 18°C for corms. These germination characters are discussed in relation to 'De Caen' and wild anemone species.
