INTEREST OF BACTERIZED SYNTHETICS SUBSTRATES MILCAP® FOR IN VITRO CULTURE

B. Digat, V. Hermelin, P. Brochard, M. Touzet
The use of the synthetic substrateMILCAP allowed bacterization of plants in vitro by rhizobacteria (Pseudomonas fluorescens and P. putida). Bacteria were fixed effectively on the roots and promoted plant acclimatization.
