T. Okano, T. Hoshi, H. Terazoe
A vegetable factory, total floor area is 1000m2, was constructed. The hydroponic solution in the cultivating beds was controlled in the range settled. The management system based on microcomputer was adapted to the operations of the vegetable factory and all the environmental control instruments were operated stably by cultivating station of the system. The remote control and consultation were available by the information network system (VEINS) and online expert system.
