MANAGEMENT DECISION MAKING SOFTWARE, MARKET MODEL

R. C. Funt, H. Willson, James R. Lemon, F. R. Hall
An interactive, menu driven software program was developed for horticultural crops and is called Market Model. The software requires an IBM-PC or IBM compatible microcomputer with 256K bytes of system memory. It is targeted for producers who want to be more informed about their costs/returns on the whole farm or individual enterprise. Through a series of windows (color if available), users enter different prices received from grades, sizes, or containers.
