EXPERIMENTATION ET DEVELOPPEMENT PRATIQUE DE DEUX NOUVEAUX LEGUMES EN SUISSE : LE PAK-CHOI (BRASSICA CHINENSIS L.) ET L'HYMENIA (BRASSICA PEKINENSIS - LOUR. RUPR.)

A. Granges
12 cultivation trials have been made with pak-choi and 6 with hymenia, in greenhouses (glass and plastic) and in the open air. The mineral contents have been monitored in each situation, and the prospects for year-round cultivation analysed along with consumer's acceptance in catering. Production schemes are proposed for these fast growing crops.
