A right sales positionning determines the growth rate and the price level of new products, and also the sector's dynamics.

In the vegetable field, the production-transformation leading patterns combine technological and image control of various species and cultivars. On the contrary, marketing lacks, on french national level, have in many cases compromised the full development of industrial dynamics.

Under certain commercial and technological conditions, diversification, as development of new products tends to reinforce and give a new impetu tu vegetable dynamics.
