MEASUREMENT OF OXYGEN PARTIAL PRESSURE IN STORED PLANT ORGANS BY POLAROGRAPHIC METHOD
Direct measurement of oxygen partial pressure is rather complicated in most stored organs.
A new method is the use of polarographic microsensors.
The method of measurement and data handling is described.
Results of measurements in air stored carrots and cucumbers are shown.
