INFLUENCE DE DIFFERENTS SYSTEMES D'AERATION STATIQUE SUR LA DISTRIBUTION DES TEMPERATURES ET SUR L'HOMOGENEITE DE CLIMAT

A. Mougou, H. Verlodt
Vertical temperature distribution by means of isotherms is compared under 5 hemispheric plastic greenhouses with different static aeration systems.

Temperature measurements and temperature distribution were made with open and closed gables at two different positions (under the aeration splits and in the middele between two succeeding splits) in the center of the greenhouses. Mean temperature and standard deviation were calculated on the different measurements for each greenhouse.

The results indicate that laminated air movement, low mean temperature and low standard deviation on the mean temperature are favoured with a high rate of aeration surface and with a high number of aeration splits for the same rate of aeration surface.

The most confortable greenhouse climate for plant growth during a warm period is obtained by combination of 2.5 m large movable plastic sheets with 4 m large motionless sheets, and by strangulation or narrowing of the movable sheet by means of 3 aeration mechanisims (one in the top and two lateral ones).
