IN VITRO COMMERCIAL PROPAGATION OF PRUNUS SEROTINA SUBSP.CAPULI'
Micropropagation of P.Capuli' could be a valid alternative tecnique to produce self-rooted plants.
The choise and the concentration of the auxine for rooting medium is very important to increase the number of rooting ability of microcutting.
The additional 50 mg/l of Activated Charcoal on rooting medium with IBA increase the quality of leaves and stem tip, but decrease the rooting ability at the microcutting.
For a commercial propagation the better results are with IBA 3 mg/l.
