THE REGENERATION ABILITY IN LONG-TERM SPRUCE CULTURES

D. Kákoniová, D. Lišková
The differentiation processes in long-term cultures are possible, but in reduced extent, compared with short-term cultures. They are determined by internal physiological state of the explant, its origin, age, by external culture conditions, as well as by the genetic stability in vitro.
