A computerized "in vitro" liquid medium culture system has been developed, through a careful control of relative humidity, temperature, carbon dioxide concentration, frequency of irrigation in the vessel and ventilation, plants can be multiplied at rates that compare favourably with traditional methods, but they do not need an acclimation period and rooting takes place ex vitro.
