A COMMERCIAL ELISA TESTING SERVICE FOR BULB GROWERS

D. Munro, G.R. Johnstone
A commercial ELISA testing service has been developed as a result of industry demand and the increasing commercial availability of antisera. Over seventy tests are provided. Fees are set to cover labour and material input. The service is utilised by agricultural industries, including bulb growers, as a guide to identifying diseases for roguing or quarantine purposes, identifying virus-free mother stock and providing a guide to virus status for buyers.
