The modern "Information Processing Approach" states that the information processing capacity of the individual manager is limited and that -if he is confronted with too many informations- cognitive stress appears and the information processing can be erroneous. The study therefore asks the question whether or not farms with a "relieving" organisational structure is an important factor for profitability.
