IDENTIFICATION OF OLIVE TREE CULTIVARS BY USING RANDOM AMPLIFIED POLYMORPHIC DNA

Eleven olive tree cultivars were differentiated by using the random amplified polymorphic DNA technique. Five different arbitrary primers were used. All the primers revealed patterns of amplification characteristic of each cultivar.
