SIMULATION OF POTENTIAL CHANGES IN TOMATO FRUIT MASS AND DRY MATTER CONTENT DURING THE SECOND PHASE OF GROWTH

Ph. Bussières
Simulations of changes in tomato fruit mass and dry matter content during the second phase of growth, were made from published relationships between fruit size and water and dry matter import rates, per unit surface area of fruit. A discussion was led about the relation between final size and final dry matter content.
