THE EFFECTS OF GA3 ON THE CONTENTS OF ABA OF PISTACHIO SEEDS DURING STRATIFICATIONS
Red pistachio variety was used in the experiment. These seeds of Kirmizi pistachio variety were soaked in different doses of GA3 solutions for either 24 or 48 hours. After this application, the seeds were taken into stratification.
In this experiment, changes of endogen ABA levels were investigated in the Pistacia vera cv. Kirmizi seeds which were stratified after GA3 applications.
