THE LOCAL GENE POOL OF ANEMONE CORONRIA

A. Horovitz
This poster was presented as an example to illustrate the floricultural potential of wild-growing plants in the host country of the Symposium. Native populations of the abundantly distributed geophyte Anemone coronaria are being used as source material for cutflower breeding. The inheritance and distribution patterns of some polymorphic traits in this species are described.
