POSTHARVEST SENSORY ANALYSIS OF APPLE VARIETIES GROWN IN HUNGARY
Sensory quality of different horticultural products is certainly the most important factor when postharvest technology is applied.
Our study was focused on both new, disease resistant apple varieties and traditional apple varieties, which are widely grown in Hungary.
The main objective of the study was to collect reliable information to support decision making by breeders and growers.
