INDUCING EFFECT OF PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL INDUCER ON CHINESE CHIVE F1 AND M1 GENERATION

The F1 Chinese chive seeds were treated by different dosages of 60Co γ radioactivity and a certain concentration of EMS. The results showed that there existed significant differences among the treatments in the F1 and M1 seedling survival rate and their plant growth quantity. The treatment of 35KE+0.1%EMS increased the grouth quantity of F1 and M1 plants. And that of 55KR+0.1%EMS reduced the seedling survival rate significantly, also had obvious inhibiting effect on the growth of the entire plant.
