ECOLOGICAL PRODUCTION OF STRAWBERRY IN TAIWAN
This research was carried out in middle Taiwan at the coast of Formosa Strait.
Focal points are, on the one hand, to improve growth conditions of strawberry under ecological environment to maintain a stable harvest at the same place annually and, on the other hand, with the help of natural protective agents, as mixtures of plants oils and natural emulsifiers, and other environment friendly methods to meet the demands on gaining better quality and 100% safe fruits.
After years of efforts, both the place and the fruits were 100% organically certificated by MOA (Mokichi Okada Association).
