Apricot utilization in the fresh state is a socio-economic and technological problem of great interest. Many researches carried out, all over the world point to the favourable effect of modified atmosphere on the preservation of the commercial and nutritional qualities of apricots as long a period of time as possible. This paper presents the results of the experiments on the maintenance of apricot quality in relation to the storage and cultural technology conditions.
