BIKE AND PEDESTRIAN PATHS IN RURAL AREAS FOR SHOWING MARCHE FRUIT AND VEGETABLE GERMPLASM
This project aims to promote the teaching value of the experiment farm of the Polytechnic University of Marche to elementary and college students, and to members of the public.
A multifunctional agricultural approach was considered a fundamental theme for the new millennium to better educate people in landscape and environment culture through the enjoyment of nature and its poetry in cultivated areas.
The experimental farm has organised several open days for explaining technical problems, and some visits for showing young students the traditional seasonal products of the region.
At present the project aims at the enjoyment of natural life-style, sport activities combined with field visits of the traditional cultivated varieties in Marche region.
