SRAP MARKERS IN GENUS ERIOBOTRYA

Y.C. Qiao, S.Q. Lin, C.M. Liu
Sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) marker is a simple technique, which is characterized by rich DNA polymorphism, good repeatability, and high sensitivity. It has been applied for analysis of genetic diversity, construction of molecular genetic maps, prediction of heterosis, and screening of the molecular marker of important characteristics. Detailed characteristics of SRAP marker are required to more efficient study molecular breeding of loquat.
