A PRELIMINARY IDENTIFICATION AND SCREENING OF CULTURE CONDITIONS FOR AN ACTINOMYCETES STRAIN WITH INHIBITION ON AGROBACTERIUM TUMEFACIENS
This paper aims at strain G-19, an anti-Agrobacterium tumefaciens antagonistic actinomycetes, which is screened from the soil of peach rhizosphere, for making identification and screening fermentation conditions.
With combined techniques including 16S rDNA sequencing analyzing, the results showed that it was identified as a streptomyces by morphological, cultural, physiological and biochemical characteristics.
Its culture and fermentation conditions: Gauses No. 1 being the optimal medium, rotation speed 180 r/min, volume of cultivated liquid 40 ml in 250 ml conic bottle, initial pH 7.0 and cultivate temperature 28°C.
