The Symposium aims to catalyze research and knowledge in the fruit sector in all countries crossed by the Silk Road, including nuts, citrus, vitis and any others playing specific role in food tradition, and at the same time creates a unique bond where culture can overwhelm the human divisions and promoting international cooperation.
