Call for Abstracts: II International Symposium on Organic Greenhouse Horticulture
The ISHS Working Group Organic Greenhouse Horticulture will hold a conference in Avignon (France) on October 28-31, 2013
Jointly organized by ITAB (French Technical Institute of Organic Farming) and GRAB (Research Group on Organic Agriculture), the conference will feature 4 days of presentations and workshop discussions on organic greenhouse horticulture, and will include a tour to organic greenhouse farms, and distributors of organic vegetables. The preliminary program is now available on the symposium website; nine plenary sessions are provided, on the following topics:
- soil fertility
- soil health
- water management
- robust planting material
- pest control
- disease control
- product quality
- energy use and CO2
- economics and sustainability, standards
