Abstract
The experiment with yellow poppy (Glaucium flavum Crantz) was conducted under the field conditions in the first, second and third year of growing.
Concentration and accumulation of glaucine and biogenous elements (N, P, K, Ca and Mg) were determined in three years and four developmental phases (budding, flowering, fruit formation and fruit maturation).

Concentration and accumulation of glaucine and biogenous elements depended upon the year of growing and phase of development.
The highest glaucine concentration was recorded in the first year and the highest accumulation, i.e. yield in the second year of growing.
The highest accumulation of biogenous elements was observed in the second year of growing.
Positive or negative significant correlation of concentration and accumulation of glaucine and biogenous elements were recorded.
