Abstract
Reduction in the stem length, leaf length and width of Fuchsia x hybrida ‘Corallina’ was proportional to the concentration of uniconazole in both foliar spray (5–200 ppm) and soil drench (0.025–1.0 mg a.i.). But the effect was more prominent in the soil drench than in the foliar spray.
Uniconazole also reduced the flower size as a result of reducing the peduncle, sepal and petal length.
Flowering was accelerated by uniconazole treatment and the number of flowers increased.
