About this Working Group
The Working Group Saffron brings together all those who are interested in the Crocus species. The Working Group also encourages and promotes education and scientific research on the saffron plant, emphasizing botanical, environmental, cultural, harvesting, genetic, physiochemical, processing, and pharmacological aspects of this most lucrative spice.
